Delete your Zizai account

Zizai only creates an account if you use Zizai AI, the AI option that needs no API key. That account is anonymous: one per device, with no name, email, text or audio. It holds only this month's usage counts and, if you subscribed, your Zizai Pro status.

If you still have the app

1. Open Zizai's settings and go to Zizai Pro.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and everything in it is deleted at once.

If you no longer have the app

1. Find the account ID. It was shown under Zizai Pro → Account ID in the app.
2. Enter it on the account deletion form.

If you don't have the account ID, email feedback@zizaikeyboard.com. The account isn't linked to your name or email, so we may not be able to find it; in that case it is deleted automatically after 12 months without use.

What is deleted

• The account ID and its access tokens
• Usage counts
• The link to a Zizai Pro subscription

Nothing is kept afterwards. Text and audio are never stored, so there is none to delete.

Your subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel Zizai Pro. Cancel it in Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zizai Pro → Cancel.
